ADVERTISE ON THE PHILADELPHIA SECTIONS ONLINE TRANSDUCER!

The Transducer is now accepting advertisers. This will give you an exclusive opportunity to distribute your line card, new product release etc.

Only limited amount of space for is available for each advertising option and applications accepted will be on a first come first served basis.

Platinum Alliance Option: $600/Year

●         1 Tabletop display at one of the monthly ISA Philadelphia section meeting

●         Company LOGO on monthly e-mails. Applicant must provide company logo.

●         Up to 468 x 60 pixel banner (Rotating Banner) on ISA Philadelphia section website home page linking to company website or electronic business card.
Applicant must provide company logo.

●         Featured Listing in Sponsors Page(s) of Section website with link.

●         Recognition at monthly meetings and other section events via handout flyer.

Gold Alliance Option: $300/Year

●         Up to a 120 x 90 banner on ISA Philadelphia Section website linking to company website or electronic business card. Applicant must provide company logo.

●         Highlighted (bold face) listing on Section Sponsors Page(s) with link

●         Recognition at monthly meetings and other section events via handout flyer.

Silver Alliance Option: $100/ Year

●         Company Name on sponsor’s list located on the Philadelphia Section website with link to company website or electronic business card.

Special One Month or Special Event Ad: $100/Occasion

●         Notice on website home page with link to a highlighted and/or featured story with link to external website.

Rates are based on a 12 month calendar year with actual billing prorated on a monthly basis from January 1.  Payments must be received in advance of publishing any ad.

All orders, materials and payments must be received at least 30 days before the month of the ad’s first hosting. The Section will reimburse the advertiser a month’s fee, if the ad is not posted by the middle of the starting month.

Ad materials and instructions are emailed to webmaster@isa-philly.org. Payments are rendered to ISA Philadelphia Section. and sent to Mark Best at 107 Cypress Court, Downingtown, PA 19335.

The Section reserves the right to edit or deny publishing of any information they deem to be objectionable or non-relevant material. Any significant editing will be reviewed with advertiser prior to making permanent changes. Simple grammar and spelling changes will be made without notice. If there are intended errors within the copy, please advise at the time of ordering.

These terms are published on the Section website and may be update from time to time without notice.

The advertiser agrees by his or her signature above that he has read and agreed to these terms and agrees to abide by them and  remain aware of any changes as posted on the Section website. The advertiser has 30 days from the date of posting of any changes in terms to object to them and withdraw from the balance of his advertisement contract without penalty.

If objections are not brought to the attention of the Section within the 30 day notice term, the advertiser will be deemed to have agreed with the new terms without objection and will be bound by them for the balance of the contract period.

Media Details:

All graphics supplied must be in either gif or jpg format. Animated ads are not acceptable.  Details of link and any additional text (up to 125 words) must be supplied by advertiser at time of ordering.

If a graphics version of a text only banner ad is to be used, either the graphics will be supplied or an additional fee of $50 for text ad graphic creation will be due and payable at ordering.
