Jim is a Philadelphia section member whose background in instrumentation dates back to the early 60s. At that time he worked in an Instrumentation Lab for Rohm and Haas in the Bridesburg section of Philadelphia. He’s written extensively about instrumentation as an editor with the ISA Journal (now InTech) and as a technical publicity writer for companies like Leeds & Northrup, Honeywell, Measurement Specialties, Accu-Sort Systems, Tyco Electronics, and currently ABB. Semi-retired, he works as an independent contractor, providing industrial and technical publicity.
